Jack Daniel’s Silver Select Single Barrel, Tennessee Whiskey – 2013 Travel Retail Exclusive

Considered by many to be their pièce de résistance, the Silver Select from Jack Daniel’s is bottled at a higher strength (50% ABV / 100 US Proof) than the standard release affair.

This rare Tennessee whiskey, which was originally only sold internationally or in duty-free shops, is not only a Single Barrel brand but was also the highest proof whiskey sold by Jack Daniel’s for many years. The 1st generation bottle was produced from 1997 through to 2010 before the 2nd generation Single Barrel bottle took its place. Silver Select was discontinued in 2015 and re-branded as Single Barrel 100 Proof in 2016.
